The best part of my stay was definitely the staff! My elderly aunt doesn’t get out much and met on location…6 hours early!! I was concerned about her being there so long before me, as she is a little eccentric, but the staff took her in and made her comfortable until I arrived. They treated her as though she were their own family! On arrival I found a happy and excited auntie that has been treated like a Queen! I’ll NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you all so much for making this a trip she’ll always remember! As for the room, the refrigerator was full sized and had glass dishes, drinking cups and coffee cups along with real silverware! AND a dishwasher to put them in! Absolutely a wonderful room! Housekeeping was quiet and courteous and provided anything we needed when we asked. My aunt couldn’t seem to get the card keys to work and the staff happily replaced them every time she went to them… lol which was daily if not twice a day (sorry about that). I travel extensively and have stayed a lot of places. This was hands down one of the best stays in a long time! Katherine Holt & Aunt Rhonda

Loved the amenities in the room/kitchen area. The breakfast looked great too, but had an early breakfast meeting. The walk in shower was PERFECT: great water pressure and temp. Only had 3 pillows and was too tired to even ask for another but I slept just fine with the 1 because it was great quality. Overall it was a GREAT stay

I loved that there was a sofa bed in our room and extra blankets. I also appreciated the mini kitchen in our room as we brought our own food. It was easy to prepare dinner for my family with the fridge and microwave. The dishwasher was a great bonus! The bathroom had plenty of towels and wash rags. There was lots of great options for breakfast. My kids loved breakfast and they are very picky eaters! I also appreciated the coffee bar, especially the decaf coffee since I cannot have caffeinated! Check out was so easy!!!

Staff was great loved the pool an breakfast was awesome

The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly. We spent three days and made use of the gym and the laundry facility.
